Magic Camp - 2023 Spring


Spring Break Magic Camp Blue Wand. 

3/6-3/10, 9 a.m.-12 p.m., $250/per student, Town Hall Community Room: 250 W First St, Prosper, TX 75078

Have fun learning magic skills while also learning life skills. The Discover Magic course is a unique and exciting program specifically designed to teach not just magic, but how to interact successfully with other people. In fact, it’s best described as a life skills course camouflaged to look like a magic lesson. Kids become so engrossed and entertained in learning and performing the magic tricks they don’t realize they’re also developing incredibly valuable communication skills.
Every Discover Magic course features custom created props, one of the Traits of a True Magician, Top Secret Private files for every child and even special Bonus material the kids can unlock with a secret code after class. The tricks taught are specially designed for small hands and first-time learners, that will not only fool adults, but will develop and unlock exciting possibilities in every child.
Each course stands on its own. You do not have to take one course before taking another one. They each have different props and routines and each teach different principals and techniques of the ART of Magic.

In this course you will learn how to move objects with your mind, make a monkey appear and operate a time machine.

Soccer Sparks Skills Classes - 2023 Spring


Soccer Sparks offers age-appropriate soccer classes for kids ages 2 to 12 in a low pressure, high skill learning environment. The Soccer Sparks approach utilizes fun and games so that children develop a passion for soccer without the stress of competitive play. Taught by USSF Nationally Certified coaches, Soccer Sparks' “all-ball” training techniques help kids meet their maximum potential while emphasizing fair play and enjoyment of the sport.

2-3-year-old class

Parent and child soccer! By playing fun games, children improve their blossoming balance, coordination, and general motor skills. Aside from learning how to dribble and strike a soccer ball, children and parents also get the opportunity to share those first, unforgettable, goal-scoring adventures together.

3-4-year-old-class

Kick the ball! The Soccer Sparks 3-4 year old class is designed to help kids develop their large motor skills and get them running, dribbling, and kicking the ball while having lots of fun. The kids learn the very basics of soccer through skill demonstrations and games as they transition from parent to individual participation.

4-5-year-old-class

Dribble, kick, and pass! The Soccer Sparks 4-5 year old class is designed to spark an early passion for the game in young players. This class will encourage greater retention of foundational soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting in a positive environment. Our curriculum includes fun and energetic games that teach kids about playing within a group.

6-9-year-old class

Dazzle with your footwork! The Soccer Sparks 6-9-year-old class utilizes the “all ball” approach to foster skill improvement and build player confidence. Players will learn to solidify such skills as dribbling, passing, trapping, receiving, juggling, and accurate shooting in a supportive team environment. This class emphasizes both personal player development and team play.

9-12-year-old class

Dazzle with your footwork! The Soccer Sparks 9-12-year-old class utilizes the “all ball” approach to foster skill improvement and build player confidence. Players will learn to solidify such skills as dribbling, passing, trapping, receiving, juggling, and accurate shooting in a supportive team environment. This class emphasizes on both personal player development and team play. Each practice ends with a scrimmage allowing children to engage their skills.

Minds in Motion - 2023 Spring


6-in-1 Space Fleet (Ages 6-11) - Wednesdays, 2/15-3/29 (no class 3/8), 4-5 p.m.

Build and take home your very own Solar Space Fleet Robot!  The Solar Space Fleet Kit is an innovative solar powered science kit that can transform into six different lunar modules.  Using your own mini solar panel, watch as direct sunlight brings the kits to life!  Come and create six different working models including a Space Station, Space Rover, Space Explorer, Astronaut, Space Shuttle, and Space Dog.  Watch as it moves around and speeds up or slows down depending on the intensity of light as you learn, experiment, and have fun with solar power!  Each complete model can also be powered by your very own mini rechargeable battery.  Come join in this super fun solar space adventure!



Electricity and Magnetmania (Ages 7-12) - Wednesday, 4/12-5/24 (no class 5/3), 4-5 p.m.

Learn all about electronics, magnetism, and more in this fun and educational hands-on workshop!  Take part in our Minds in Motion electronic lab and take home your very own circuit kit.  With the aid of your instructor, simply follow the colorful pictures in your manual to build up to 100 exciting projects such as a flying saucer, alarm, and doorbell!  All parts are mounted on plastic modules and snap together with ease.  You will also take part and witness many cool magnetic experiments including making and taking home the World’s Simplest Motor!  Watch electricity being produced by a hand held generator and take part in a cool activity involving a very powerful magnet.  Behold a special magnetic top levitating and much much more!
