2019 Fall - Little Yogis

At Little Yogis, we believe that kids need yoga too!  Children live in the same fast paced world as adults.  Increased school and social pressures, along with hectic schedules and technology, can cause children to be anxious and increasingly stressed.  Yoga has been shown to help reduce stress and anxiety, as well as increase self confidence, focus and concentration.  Studies have also shown yoga to help improve emotional balance and classroom behaviors.  Additionally, many student athletes use yoga as cross training to increase balance and flexibility and help prevent injuries.  Recommended for kids ages 7 - 12.  Please bring your own yoga mat to the class.
